After each busy costume season (Spring and Fall), we invite our customers to give us feedback about their experience with Heartland Costumes. We want to ensure our clients feel they received great value from Heartland Costumes.
The surveys are received by us anonymously, however clients can provide contact info in the body of the survey if they want to. Clients are asked to rate us in 4 key areas, and can provide comments if they care to.
After the Spring 2010 season we received 100% response to the survey. Some clients added comments, some didn’t. All clients put their contact info in the survey.
We share our survey results each season, good or bad. We learn from them, and hope you will, too.
