How would you like an easy to manage fundraiser that takes very little time and effort to run? I'm guessing you would also like it to be hugely profitable and not end up saddling yourself with thousands of unsold (candy bars, Fruit cakes, etc.) to dispose of? Finally, wouldn't it be great fun if the fund raiser actually pulled the audience into your show?
Here's where we come in! - we provide items for you to sell to your patrons during intermission. Mind you, these are more than just souvenirs... by using our sales ideas you can integrate these novelties into your production so the audience becomes part of the show.
This makes for very lucrative sales for you and also enhances the flavor of your production.
Plus: All sales activity happens during your show - you won't have weeks of keeping track of product as students sell them. Aside from having to track everything - inventory tends to get lost the longer you keep the boxes around!
We'll send you the items in time for opening night and you return the unsold (if any) after the close. We then invoice you for the ones you sold (plus shipping).
Putting on a production is usually a major expense - please let us help you recoup some of that cost via our fund raisers.
Light-up Red Roses
Selling light-up roses to audiences during intermission has proven to be a lucrative fundraiser for many of our clients.
In the final scene of "Beauty and the Beast", Chip presents Belle with a rose - a light-up rose! As Belle holds her lighted rose up, it is a signal to the audience to also raise theirs. Since the house lights are still down, it is breathtaking to see all the lighted roses in the audience.
You could also use the roses during the "transformation" of the Beast back into the Prince.
You make money on every rose and you needn't worry about excess stock-- just return all your unsold roses to us.
We'll send you however many roses you reasonably expect to sell during your run. Return your unsold roses and we'll invoice you for only the roses you actually sell.
This is a completely "Risk-Free" venture for your Drama Club or your theatre, and will elicit lots of "oohs" when the audience turns on their light-up roses.
Pink Sequin Hats
These baseball caps will appeal to patrons of all ages - a great memento to take home from the show.
Sales idea - Have Sharpay wear a hat as a part of one of her costumes. In your curtain speech, let people know that this is one of Sharpay's favorite accessories and that it is perfect for the fashion diva inside of all of us.
Autograph Pennants
Triangular pennants (24" by 8") are liquid-laminated for a high- gloss finish with the logo and name "Wildcats" on one side. A wooden dowel (18") is included. The back of the pennant is designed for autographing.
Sales idea - In your curtain speech, inform patrons that actors will be available to sign autograph pennants after the show. Give each actor his own pen to use after the show to help autographing move along quickly.
Candy Cane Stove Pipe Hats
These Stove Pipe hats are similar to the hat worn in the show. At our test site these hats were on sale in the lobby before the performance. Even without any sales effort during the curtain speech these hats sold very briskly. They will appeal equally to boys and girls.
Lined and made of plush velveteen, these hats typically retail for $15.00 and up!
Sales idea - Have audience members keep the hats in their laps until the last number. At which time the chaps can slap on their hats.
